Hello. This is a document published by the UK Debt Management Office (DMO). It is called "UK Government Securities: a Guide to Gilts". Gilts are UK Government bonds. As of 2010 there are currently £950 Billion UK Gilts (Bonds) in issue. In otherwords, there is a national debt of £950 Billion.
